International Shipping & Returns Policy
At Julz Shoes, we’re proud to ship our products around the world. Please review the information below to understand how international delivery, duties, and exchanges work before placing your order.
1. Shipping Methods
TUNL – International Courier (Most Countries)
We use TUNL as our primary international shipping partner.
At checkout, TUNL automatically calculates your courier fee with live rates based on:
- Delivery country
- Item weight
You will see all available options and costs before completing your order.

Aramex – For African Countries Not Supported by TUNL
For African destinations that TUNL does not service, we ship via Aramex.
⚠️ Important: Aramex is not integrated into our website.
This means the shipping fee shown at checkout for African countries may be incorrect.
If you are ordering from an African country:
- Please contact us before completing checkout so we can confirm the correct courier fee.
- Our team will send you an accurate Aramex quote and guide you through the next steps.
If an order is placed without prior confirmation, we may need to contact you to update the shipping fee before shipping your parcel.
2. Duties, VAT & Import Taxes
Customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import charges may apply depending on your country’s laws.
These charges are for the customer’s account and are included in your checkout total
Julz Shoes is not responsible for:
- Import restrictions
- Delays caused by customs inspections
- Charges applied by local customs authorities
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on:
- Your country
- Courier route
- Local customs clearance
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow your parcel’s journey.
4. International Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every pair you receive. If you need to return or exchange an item, please read the guidelines below.
Customer-Responsibility Returns
For international customers:
- All return and exchange shipping costs are for the customer’s account.
- You must send the item back to us using your preferred courier service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send out the replacement pair at your cost or issue you a refund/voucher
Manufacturing Faults
If there is a confirmed manufacturing fault:
- Julz Shoes will cover the cost to collect the faulty item.
- Please send us clear photos/videos so our team can assist.
- Faulty items will be repaired or replaced as per our warranty process.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Shoes that have been worn
- Items showing damage from incorrect care or cleaning
- Items damaged due to incorrect address details
5. Incorrect Shipping Estimates / Re-Quotes
If the automated courier system generates an incorrect or incomplete rate (e.g., due to weight discrepancies or courier availability), our team may need to:
- Send you an updated shipping quote
- Offer an alternative courier option
Your parcel will only be shipped once you approve the updated fee.
