HOW TO

LOG A RETURN

1. Log Your Return or Exchange

Fill out the contact form below with the following:

  • full name
  • email address
  • order number

📌 Before submitting, please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy to make sure your order qualifies.

2. Prepare Your Parcel

Repack the product securely in its original packaging, and place it into a shippable outer box or courier bag to protect it in transit.

If this is your first order with Julz Shoes and the size isn’t quite right:

  • We’ll collect and exchange your shoes for free
  •  This offer applies once only, on your first-ever order

For future orders:

  • We’ll send your new size free of charge
  • You’ll need to arrange and pay for the return of the original pair

3. Wait for Approval & Book Collection

Once we’ve reviewed your return request, we’ll email you with approval and next steps.

📦 After approval, you can contact your preferred courier to arrange collection. We recommend using a tracked service.

4. We’ll Review & Process Your Return

We’ll Review & Process Your Return

When your parcel arrives at our warehouse:

  • 2–3 working days (longer during high-volume periods).
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (may take 1–12 working days to reflect in your account).
  • Exchanges will be confirmed via email and prepared for delivery.
  • If rejected, we’ll get in touch to explain and arrange return of the item to you.

🔁 Please note: Contacting us will not speed up the refund process — we’ll notify you as soon as your return is complete.

If the exchange is approved, you will receive an email confirming your exchange order and we’ll start preparing the delivery. If your return does not meet the requirements and is rejected, we will get in touch and let you know why and to arrange to have the item couriered back to you.
