Log a Return or Exchange | Fast + Easy

Follow the simple steps below to return or exchange your order.

1. Submit Your Return Request

Fill out the form below with:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Order number
  • Phone number
  • Reason for return/exchange

Before submitting, please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy to make sure your purchase qualifies.

2. Pack Your Item

Repack the product securely in its original packaging, and place it into a shippable outer box or courier bag to protect it in transit.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • First order only: we’ll collect and exchange your shoes at no cost
  • Future orders: you pay return shipping (we send the exchange free)
  • If the return is because of our error: we cover return postage

3. Wait for Approval

We’ll review your request and email you the next steps once approved.

If this is your first order, and your return is approved as per Step 2, we’ll arrange the collection for you by send a waybill via email or WhatsApp.

If it’s not your first order, you’ll need to arrange the return with your preferred courier. We recommend using a tracked service.

4. We’ll Review + Process Your Return

Once your return reaches our warehouse, our team will inspect the item.

  • Inspection timeline: Returns are reviewed within 2–3 business days (this may be longer during busy periods).
  • Refunds: processed to your original payment method within 1–2 business days after inspection. It may take longer to reflect into your account based on the payment method chosen at checkout.
  • Exchanges: If you’ve requested an exchange and the style is available, we’ll dispatch the exchanged size if available once the return has been received at the warehouse.
  • If your return isn’t accepted: We’ll be in touch to explain why and arrange return of the item.

Please note: Once your refund has been initiated, timing is determined by the payment method and your bank.

If the exchange is approved, you will receive an email confirming your exchange order and we’ll start preparing the delivery. If your return does not meet the requirements and is rejected, we will get in touch and let you know why and to arrange to have the item couriered back to you.

As mentioned refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that once a refund has been processed on our side, the timing is determined by the payment provider and your bank, and is unfortunately outside of our control.

  • Pay with Apple | Google | Capitec | Card: 3–12 business days.
  • PayFast: Up to ~10 business days to reflect.
  • PayJustNow: 3–5 business days.
  • PayFlex: Up to 7 business days after approval.
  • Zapper: Up to 10 business days to reflect.
