Sadly, we hardly restock colourways of styles. If we do, it is usually in very limited quantities.
We do have a “Notify me when available” option on each product page. Simply select your size and click Notify me to be alerted if the style is restocked.
If a size is marked as sold out, it is unfortunately no longer available. We recommend using the Notify me option on the product page in case limited stock becomes available.
Our most popular styles change regularly and often depend on our newest releases.
We do not offer custom designed shoes. You can view all styles currently available under Shop All on our website.
Delivery & Shipping
Yes, we deliver nationwide across South Africa.
Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location and delivery method selected.
Yes, overnight delivery is available at an additional cost. Please contact us if you would like this arranged.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over a qualifying amount, which is displayed at checkout.
Yes, provided the order has not yet been collected by the courier. Please contact us as soon as possible with the updated address.
We do not offer collection from a physical location. You may select PostNet to PostNet delivery at checkout if you prefer to collect from your nearest PostNet branch.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns if you notify us within 14 days of delivery and the item is returned within 30 days. Shoes must be unworn and in their original condition.

Exchanges can be requested by logging a return via Log a Return on our website.
Shoes purchased from a stockist must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Returns must be made to the original place of purchase. Customers based in Gqeberha may return stockist purchases to Pixel Shoes.
Yes, a proof of purchase or order number is required to process a return or exchange.
We are happy to assist with an exchange, voucher or refund for unworn shoes. Manufacturing faults can be assessed within six months of purchase.

Sizing & Fit
All shoes are available in sizes 4-8, with selected styles available in sizes 3 and 9. Please view the product page to see available sizes.

Leather will soften and mould to the shape of your foot with regular wear.
Yes, our shoes are designed with comfort in mind and are made from soft genuine leather.
All of our sneakers feature removable inner soles.
Fit guidance is provided on each product page where relevant.
Some styles are suitable, particularly sandals with adjustable straps and sneakers with removable insoles. Please get in touch if you have a specific foot concern and we can help suggest suitable styles.
