Julie’s Top 3 Reasons to Visit Morgan’s Bay

Hi ladies!

My partner Will and I recently escaped to Morgan’s Bay on the Wild Coast for a midyear getaway, and it was just what we needed! I loved soaking in the fresh ocean air on long beach walks, indulging in amazing local food and enjoying the gorgeous weather - it was 24°C in the middle of winter, can you believe it?

I packed in our new Shiloh Sneaker for the weekend and went with the pink and green pair. Seriously, you’ve got to check out the other colourways on our website - I’m obsessed with how they add a cool sporty vibe to any outfit. Plus, this shoe’s sleek design made them super easy to pair with everything else I brought along.

We’re so lucky to live in a country where we can quickly escape to beautiful spots like Morgan’s Bay for a mini break!

We had such an amazing time there, so I thought I’d share three reasons why Morgan’s Bay should be next on your list…

1. Book a stay at the iconic Morgan’s Bay Hotel

Will and I stayed at the Morgan’s Bay Hotel and it’s an absolute must! Whether you’re lounging by the pool, soaking in ocean view or enjoying a quiet moment on the balcony, this iconic spot offers the perfect retreat on your next visit to the Wild Coast.

2. Sundowners at the Morgan’s Bay Cliffs

We absolutely love going for a drive to the Morgan’s Bay Cliffs, especially at sunset. Next time you go, pack in your favourite sundowner drinks and snacks to watch the sun dip below the horizon there. Pure magic!

3. Indulge in the Famous Fish & Chips at The Deck Restaurant

No trip to Morgan’s Bay is complete without trying the famous Fish & Chips at The Deck Restaurant - fresh, crispy and served with a stunning view of the lagoon!

Have you visited Morgan’s Bay before? Share your fave spots or any hidden gems you discovered! I’d also to hear which local getaway spots are your favourite, leave a comment below ❤️
